NOW LET US SEE OTHER MIRACLE OF AYURVEDAM:

Can we conduct normal Deliveries (Birth Process) without pain by Non-Invasive methods?
Ayurvedam says "YES"

Probably First Time in the world, the formulae for "Painless Normal Deliveries are provided here" Don’t you think there is a need for research on this problem? Can all afford epidural anesthesia?

Ayurvedam on painless deliveries:
Under women & child welfare scheme of India:
Until the advent of modern Anesthesia women in labour pains during deliveries suffered untold pains discomfort and suffering. Only few can afford costs of painless deliveries even to pay as costs are prohibitive. Even today anesthesia requires utmost care due to their side effects on foetus / mother.

Prayers are offered to God and Saints who described in ancient Ayurvedam Texts simple ways to achieve painless deliveries.

The following methods are not my original research. It is purely translated version from Sanskrit - Telugu to English. For herbs & Medical plants used - Botanical terms only used for universal acceptance.

Botanical name of Sugar cane plant (SACHARUM OFFICINARUM)

1. Ekshu Moola Bandham:
Precautions necessary: Make sure the woman is really in Labour Pains verify no Malpresentation not to be attempted by quacks. These methods to the writer’s knowledge never experimented. It is therefore highly recommended these methods 1st be tried in Maternity Hospitals in both Pvt and Govt. sectors only then it can be recommended to Primary Health care centres, not advised in home deliveries, unless established by 100% proof.

Contra Indications: NEVER ATTEMPT IN:
i) Women with Cephalo-pelvic disproportion
ii) Malpresentation of foetus
iii) Preeclampsia / Pregnancy Induced hypertension etc.
iv) Take the height of the patient.
v) Take pure silk thread equivalent to that of patient’s height.

3. Bring Sugarcane (Fully Grown) plant's North Side Root only, by offering prayers to God to help to achieve the objective. Clean it with water.

4. Wrap the above silk thread over the root securely & tie it. During labour pains around the abdomen root over the umbilicus. Reassure the patient she will have painless delivery and ask the patient to co-operate with birth workers instruction to "bear out" during Uterine Contractions.

2nd Formula: To Abolish Labour Pains:
i) Same method here in collect the North side root only & wash thoroughly, of the Plant Palmyra Plant (Thaati) - Borassus Flabelli Formis ) Use as above.
ii) It is not necessary to have fresh root only preserved roots can be used. But take caution to use North Side root only. Why? No Explanation is given on this point in any ancient text books on Ayurveda to the writer’s knowledge.

3rd Formula to abolish labour pains:
i) Krishnadi Inunction: Inunction means applying the medicine over the skin, herein Umbilicus and surrounding area and gently rubbing into the skin.
ii) Take piper longum (501) (Pippallu -Telugu) and ACORUS - (708) CALAMUS (Vasa - Telugu) in Equal parts and grind them, then mix castor oil so that an uniform fine

mixer is made - apply this by inunction over the umbilicus and surrounding area of a woman in labour pains. By applying this as said above there will be no pains during delivery (page 719 of above book)

4th formula to abolish / reduce labour pains:

1. Root Medicine plant Citrus acida Mediea (608)(Maadhiphalamu Veru -Telugu) (north side root ) and Glycerrhiza Glabra (English: Liquorice root). Grind them to make power and mix in honey and give the medicine to woman in labour pains orally. She will have no labour pains. Ingredients once more.

- North side roots of citrus acida mediea (Maadhiphalamu Veru- Telugu) and
- Liquorice (673) - Mix - grind - mix with honey and use orally to abolish labour pains.

5th remedy to reduce / abolish labour pains:
Collect the north side roots of the following medicinal plants on auspicious days namely.

i) Achy ranthes aspera bidenttata (81) white only (Tella Uttareni - Telugu) north side root only. Clean by washing or
ii) Melia Azadirachia (742) = Margosa tree root north side only - clean or
iii) Leca Hirta (735) (Veluma Sandhi veru - Telugu) North side Root only.

Use those roots wrapped in Silk thread the length of such thread should be equivalent to height of the patient and tie over the umbilical area to reduce / abolish labour pains, as said earlier.
